Return Process

  Carefully place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our dedicated inspection facility.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
